The workshop is an interactive one day workshop where participants will complete a range of activities to facilitate their understanding and application of the new Quality Standards and associated Guidance Materials in their service environment. The workshops will be facilitated by Deborah Rose and Gayle Wain from ACSA.

ACSA is delivering these workshops in various locations nationally, for individual organisations.  If your organisation is interested in this service, please contact Gayle Wain at for more information. (Note: Minimum participant numbers apply)

Workshop Learning Objectives:
- Develop an understanding of the structure and key concepts of the new Aged Care Quality Standards and associated Guidance Materials.
- Explore mechanisms to optimize consumer engagement to achieve positive consumer outcomes.
- Apply the Guidance Materials and key concepts in everyday service provision.
