Deanne Boules,  Managing Director & CEO (Chief Enabling Officer), Insync Workplace Solutions

A former NSW Police Officer, WorkCover (now Safework) Inspector, accomplished WHS & HR executive for a number of iconic Australian & Global companies , Deanne started Insync Workplace Solutions in 2012 with a focus on helping individual and  organisations to  unlock their full potential and ReThink their approach to Safety, Leadership and Organisational Development.   

Deanne has formal qualifications and extensive experience in WHS | HR | WC & Injury Management | Organizational & Leadership Development | Coaching | Training & Development | Mindfulness and Neuroleadership.  She is also an accredited Lego Serious Play Facilitator, Certified Conversational Intelligence (CIQ) Coach and is completing her Bachelor of Psychology.
