Overview

This training will help you to empower your staff with the knowledge to avoid, stop and respond to elder abuse. It will show you how your organisation can demonstrate it has taken reasonable action to prevent or respond to Elder Abuse.

  • Practice resolving real unintentional Elder Abuse situations
