Manager Membership (VIC)

 

Reporting to the Executive Director Membership and Corporate Partnerships, the Manager Memberships is responsible for:

  • overseeing all aspects of ACSA Membership, and to continuously improve the membership offer 
  • attracting new members and retaining current ones
  • adding value for our members and promoting activities and opportunities for engagement with them
  • continuously improve the membership offer, by developing and implementing a member acquisition strategy across all divisions, with a particular focus on QLD and Victoria initially
  • working closely with the staff to ensure relationships with Members are maintained, developed and enhanced, through quality services that meet and exceed customer expectations

A consultative leader you will demonstrate the ability to work cross-functionally and possess outstanding stakeholder management skills. 

Exceptional written and oral communication and presentation skills are a must.

You will hold:

  • A tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or equivalent
  • Demonstrate experience in high level negotiations and relationship management
  • Over three years’ experience in a people management position

Senior Membership Coordinator (QLD)

 

Reporting to the Executive Director Membership and Corporate Partnerships, the Senior Membership Coordinator is responsible for developing the membership and key stakeholder relationships in Queensland, and facilitates the provision of ACSA services to these groups while maintaining and growing membership.

The role is responsible for the development and delivery of membership growth and retention strategies, in keeping with the Queensland stakeholder engagement strategy, ensuring that all strategies developed are in line with ACSA National strategies and service plans.

You will work closely with the events team to develop local events that align with member needs, and assist the Executive Director to prioritise opportunities that promote the profile and value of ACSA and its membership.
