Eligibility and Fees
A body corporate or organisation is eligible to seek admission to membership of ACSA, providing it is a not-for-profit organisation that is:
a) Registered as a public benevolent institution with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commision; or
b) A charity predominantly for the relief of the needs of frail, aged and disabled people requiring personal care.
Other types of organisations (including Community Benefit Organisations) that operate under the Aged Care Act 1997 or deliver other Government regulated and community services may become Associates. Associates receive the same benefits as Members, however they do not have voting rights.
